What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with an annual revenue of $30M or greater
- Define distribution and retail strategy to support commercial development with retail partners
- Analyze market trends and client needs for the development and performance of sales activities in assigned market
- Establish sales targets, designing and implementing sales strategies to meet the targets and mapping the accounts to identify new opportunities.
- Partner in the organization and execution of Funko’s portfolio of client-level campaigns from conception, evaluation, target definition and creative content specification to coordination of all aspects of execution.
- Briefing and coordination of creative content creation for campaigns and promotional activities with key accounts
- Actively participate in the sales cycle to bring leadership and strategic support to large deals
- Forecasting activity to ensure appropriate inventory levels and recurring monthly revenue achievement
- Support national events and trade shows
What You’ll Bring
- Knowledge of collectible/toy/cpg industry and customer trends
- Out of the box thinker; creative and strategic mindset
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Proven experience in leading and facilitating strategic conversations at C-level
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to details
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Highly organized and efficient time management skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related business field preferred
- Seven or more years’ experience in a sales or account management role
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred (MS Dynamics NAV)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
