NANNY

Location: East Otis, Massachusetts
Dates: Approximately Early June to Mid August
Compensation: Based on experience & certifications

Camp Description: The Berkshire Soccer Academy is a private
overnight soccer camp for girls. We offer an elite training
experience for girls, ages 10-18, in a traditional camp setting
on a private lake in the Berkshires.

Scope of Work: We are seeking 1 nanny to look after the Camp Directors’ 6 year old son, James, and 3
year old daughter, Lucy. Responsibilities include the daily care for both children, including: preparing food,
feeding, changing, bathing, teaching, reading and playing. Nanny plan each day with educational,
engaging, and fun activities for both children. Nanny also interact with camp staff to access all camp
facilities with James, such as the lake, art building, soccer fields, and rec deck.

Accommodations: Nannies live in shared staff cabins with other camp staff members. Cabins are
comfortable, climate controlled, full bathrooms, bunk beds, electricity, and screened windows.

Job Qualifications based on our Service Standards:

v Must have at least 2-3+ years of experience caring for children ages 2-5 years old
v Infant CPR and First Aid certified is a big plus
v Must have experience preparing and storing food
v Must have a clean driving record and experience driving with kids
v Must have experience preparing and implementing kid projects and games
v Must have excellent childcare references
v Summer camp experience, a plus
v Must be hard-working, reliable, flexible, and a team player
v Must be friendly, enthusiastic, independent, and creative
v Must be committed to the safety and well-being of children
v Must be excited about living in a rugged mountain setting with simple accommodations, and limited

access to phone/internet
