Eagle Rock Properties is a privately held company with over 20 years of experience in acquiring, financing, developing, leasing, managing, and disposing of real estate. Headquartered in Plainview NY, our company has over 250 real estate professionals currently operating roughly 8,000 apartments throughout Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. The company is solely focused on Eagle Rock's owned assets and does not third party manage. We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate.
*This is an in-office role*
Responsibilities:
- This person will be essential in the marketing and property management teams to ensure marketing coordinator and strategy implementation
- Responsible to support the marketing department in the development and execution of the marketing and branding strategy for the portfolio and management company
- Assist in the day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities
- Create marketing materials for individual communities, including but not limited to: flyers, social posts, email blasts, mailings, and website content, promotions, etc.
- Manage email marketing; schedule, coordinate and manage social campaigns
- Post, manage, and edit property listings on various web-based platforms
- Assist in the development of social media content for active properties and help maintain social media channels
- Managing social media pages by posting updates and responding to messages
- Managing online reviews sites and responding to posts and comments
- Update monthly reporting for various campaigns
- Assist in monitoring and updating the company website, social media profiles, marketing calendar, ILS accounts, master listing, contact lists, and email campaigns
- Assist in designing internal corporate communications, including pasts and announcements
- Assist teams in event planning and coordination
- Review marketing materials for brand consistency
- Maintain marketing projects task tracking sheet
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of the department activities, such as answering the telephone, copying, printing, ordering, and mailing
- In addition to these typical duties, may perform other duties as assigned and required
