Job description

• Provide full-charge bookkeeping services for multi company agency including payroll, invoicing, A/R collections, and financial reporting.
• Ensures financial record systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and in compliance with state, federal and JCAHO regulations.
• Tally and enter cash receipts **
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with month-end close process
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports and communicate results to CEO.
• Assist with year-end close process
• Assist with sales tax returns
• Prepare supporting documents for annual tax returns and Form 1099-MISC filings
• Other duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience of 5-10 years.

Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks

Familiar with Netsuite Accounting Software

Attention to detail.

Good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
