This position offers a Salary plus Incentive pay structure! About your Role: A Full-time Therapist to walk alongside clients with training and support. We provide direct service to clients, such as individual counseling, family counseling, crisis intervention, and psycho-educational groups, through therapeutic interventions. Does the Following Apply to You?

• Valid state driver’s license in good standing and at least current state minimum auto insurance

Direct workers under this standard must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:

a) Master’s or Doctorate degree with a current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board
b) Master’s degree with a temporary permit issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board c) Master’s degree in a related human service field and employed by an organization that is nationally accredited by the Joint Commission, Council on Accreditation or the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

That individual must also complete a minimum of 24 post-secondary semester hours or 36 quarter hours in the following coursework:

e. Sexuality
f. Gender and Sexual Orientation
g. Issues of Ethnicity, Race, Status & Culture
