MLCHC is seeking a Supervisor to lead our Maternity Support Services team! The Maternity Support Services Supervisor manages the First Step/Maternity Support Services Teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintains core MSS services and redesigns work practices to reflect state budget changes.
- Writes and develops potential grant opportunities.
- This position requires the exercise of management authority over employees in the MSS department.
- Primary duties and responsibilities will depend on the discipline of the qualified incumbent.
- Community Health Nurse- RN
- Behavioral Health i.e. LMHC, MSW, LICSW, LSW, LMFT, AMHC, AICSW, ASW, Certified Counselor, CCDP.
- Dietetics- RD
- Must be able to obtain Registered Nurse, Licenses Mental Health Counselor or Social Worker licensure within the State of Washington.
- Must possess advanced level general skills, including written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree program.
- 2 years of professional experience in Maternal and Infant Health field as required by state Department Social and Health Services/First Steps program.
- Must have reliable transportation and provide documentation of auto insurance and valid driver’s license as required.
- Travel between work sites as needed.
