The ServiceNow Administrator will provide support to CDI ServiceNow clients and assist with enhancements and day to day administration duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform day to day support, administration, and maintenance of customer’s ServiceNow platform- Support customer break/fixes and minor enhancements
- Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand requirements
- Coordinate and perform development and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases
- Adhere to ServiceNow best-practices, related to development, testing, code promotion, upgrades, and cloning
- Knowledge of ServiceNow table structure to in order to create reports and dashboards in customer instances
- Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of tools used and its applications to ensure audit and user requirements are met accurately and timely.
- Knowledge of improving performance and configuration by utilizing ServiceNow best practices
- Strong ability to identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions and continual service improvement
- Ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyze and examine data in detail, and draw appropriate conclusions
- Experience with web technologies such as LDAP, SSO, VPN, SSL and normalization and reconciliation tools
Work Experience, Skills and Certifications:
At least two (2) years of experience as a System Administrator or Developer in the ServiceNow ecosystem- At least one (1) year of experience using JavaScript or HTML
- Effective knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory, and relevant IT architecture experience
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum delivery model
- Certified System Administrator Certification a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where change is constant.
- Must be able to work both collaboratively and independently and take initiative to identify, track, and resolve issues.
