Kootenai Health is searching for a caring, dynamic and professional MRI Supervisor to join our team! What you will do:
- Direct and oversee day-to-day activities and clinical staff in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Responsible for staffing schedules, daily staffing assignments, orientation of new staff members and continuing educational programs.
- Perform MRI exams/procedures and provides direct patient care, as needed.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel in MRI service line
- Ensures compliance with established regulations and standards including quality improvement projects, quality assurance, confidentiality and maintains appropriate documentation
- Performs annual performance evaluations, coaching and counseling
- Maintains technical expertise and competency to operate MRI equipment for departmental coverage needs
Our Ideal Candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- Certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
- Current AHA Healthcare provider, American Red Cross, AHA Health Saver or Kootenai Health BLS within 60 days of hire, required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $94,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
