MRB Coordinator

Position Summary:
This Position is learning to be responsible for keeping up with the influx of non-conforming products. Keeping track of inventory as well as evaluating and transacting products in a timely manner.
- Verify all products rejected for cosmetics fail SIG cosmetic standard 3-064.
- Verify that products dispositioned have been filled out properly.
- Keep accurate counts of parts and accurately transact them in the system.
- Create NMRs and move products into the correct physical location.
- Assist in maintaining the integrity of working documents and receipt numbers.
- Work closely with Quality Leadership and Engineering to Keep the product moving.
- Communicate effectively to supervisors and peers regarding needs, problems, and corrective actions.
- Seek and act upon ways to improve daily work processes to enhance quality.
- Participate in engineering root cause and troubleshooting processes, PPI Projects, 5S Workplace organizational activities, and maintain the area in good working order
- Additional tasks as required.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be highly organized and process-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Have excellent listening skills and be able to manage multiple requests/tasks.
- Ability to use PC systems, copiers, and programs including but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as skills in MRP systems (e.g., Oracle).
Working Conditions:
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
