Do you love making people smile? We have a newly-vacant MOVE-IN COORDINATOR full time opportunity, managing our resident’s move-ins to ensure a world class experience. THE HOURLY WAGE for this fun and engaging role is $18.00 per hour.
This customer service "go-getter" will promote the continuum of care being offered at our Senior Living Grand Rapids Community, serving as the primary contact for residents, responsible parties, and employees regarding resident transfers/move-ins. Duties and Responsibilities
- Work in tandem with the Sales team to ensure seamless customer engagement and a warm handoff for each new resident.
- Assists Sales Team on ensuring resident apartments are ready to be shown, sold, and occupied.
- Coordinate communication amongst multiple departments and buildings to ensure all move-ins and transfers are receiving a “Red Carpet Experience.”
- Provide additional support as needed to Sales team to help plan and conduct tours, external and internal promotional events, as well as other activities that educate and inform potential residents, referral sources, community partners and other professional groups of the services provided. Record and track activities in appropriate database (PCC).
- Use provided tools to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy and residents are receiving a highest level of customer service.
- Track use of materials, updating and modifying as necessary to reflect community changes related to services, pricing and amenities.
- Engage in census strategies, attend census meetings, planning sessions and other strategic meetings focused on marketing the community.
- Provide educational and informative materials/sessions to promote the continuum of care offered to residents.
Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
- Associates degree in public relations, marketing, business or related field or equivalent relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience
- Three years’ experience in administrative, marketing, sales or patient care role.
- Long term care experience Healthcare experience preferred.
Additional Work Requirements
- Extended work hours and weekends may be necessary.
