Job Description :
What we expect from you
- Creativity: Delivers every idea and assignment with creativity and passion.
- Design skills: Basic knowledge of interactive design: familiarity with web design, responsive design, ios platform, desktop applications, mobile and emails. Basic understanding of GUIs and design patterns. Basic knowledge of print design, print production and retouching required.
- Basis knowledge of motion graphics, ability to animate text, light video editing, and ability to blend illustration, typography and film in short video content
- Ability to storyboard content, and work with copy and team to create a story in a video
- Branding knowledge: Strive to design materials that remain true to the brand identity of product and style guidelines set.
- Project Goals: Ensure work is in line with the goals of the project, and that client needs are met.
- Art Rights Management: Basic understanding of proper documentation of imagery, familiarity with licensing, ability to work with art buyer for purchasing. Works with supervisor to create image library through photoshoot or compilation.
- Communication: Open communication with supervisor to share progress of work and design and communicates with brand team.
- Time management: Manages time wisely across jobs, meets agreed upon deadlines and is accountable and responsible for their work.
- Experience: Knowledge of agency functions or applicability of experience, previous design
- experience in digital and print.
Background/experience and skills
- B.A. degree in graphic design, interactive design, advertising or other design-related program
- Fluid in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premier
- Basic knowledge of Flash Animation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
