Role:

The Loan Generalists provide member support to the Home Financing Department and handles calls from members regarding mortgage loan information.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

·Answering calls that come into the Home Finance department and provide department support.

·Communicate with member's inquiries regarding loan status or new request.

·Maintain the call back request log in Smartsheet.

·Assign loan officers in Smartsheets/Encompass/Mortgagebot.

·Assist members on finishing loan applications in order to submit and set up files from Mortgagebot for Loan Originators.

·Completes and maintain the weekly rate survey in Smarthsheet.

·Handles and helps diffuses any complaints when necessary.

·Assist loan officers when needed.

·To complete all requirements and obtain an NMLS.

·Other duties as assigned.

A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service is absolutely required.

Strong attention to detail and communication skills are required.

Experience with Encompass System preferred.

Must be able to register with NMLS Registry.
