Job description
- Monitor and refer clients to transitional and permanent housing vacancies for all four MOC teams
- Liaise between all four MOC teams, housing providers, and the Department of Homeless Services (DHS)
- Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for both internal purposes and external reporting to funders
- Present quarterly updates on MOC placement performance
- Manage and audit data in internal, MOC, and DHS databases
- Maintain records of various client and program related documents
- Take minutes during monthly and quarterly MOC meetings
- Participate in up to four Overnight Counts annually
- Monitor, track, and summarize local, state, and federal regulatory activity around housing policy
- Negotiate numerous priorities, follow policy, and manage a high degree of communication with multiple parties
- Impartially assess data and hold individuals accountable to deadlines
- Assist in connecting referrals from external sources to housing placement opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Relevant experience working with the homeless population
- Experience with data management
- Comfortable with change and change management
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Suite, with a proficiency with Excel
