ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist with ordering / provisioning where necessary, following the same practices as defined in the knowledge articles.
• Provide SOMs with any supporting information around performance SLAs (where required)
• Provide day to day support and management of the team
• Engage in customer monthly services reviews and provide feedback on the monthly SLA performance
• Identify concerns and recognize where process improvement is needed and communicate any potential changes with the SOM

EDUCATION/SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree and/or related business experience preferred
• A combination of education and experience will be considered

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years’ Telecommunication/Mobility or related procurement experience
