Responsibilities

• Provides a total sales solution to our customers, for any of their wireless needs. This includes selling the value of Metro by T-Mobile devices, accessories and service plans; personalizing their experience; and protecting their investment.
• Delivers an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens brand recognition including community outreach.
• Completes daily tasks and responsibilities as delegated by store and field management.
• Opens and closes retail stores according policy and procedure within a satisfactory manner.
• Meets or exceeds key performance objectives, including sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintains satisfactory communication with peers and supervisors by utilizing various channels including but not limited to email, sms, voice calls, and whats-app.
• Meet qualification criteria throughout employment.
• Maintains 100% compliance in Metro by T-Mobile e-learnings and corporate assigned training's-events.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Spanish conversational skills preferred.
• Must have driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to and between locations during scheduled shifts.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
