Bilingual Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking talented, bilingual individuals to join our growing retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Assist new and existing customers in upgrading / starting a new line.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for customers
- Receive customer payments
- Assist and encourage customers to purchase wireless accessories

Qualifications:

- A background in wireless communications is strongly encouraged
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Tech savvy people wanted
- Bilingual-English and Spanish required
- Availability to work typical retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $7.50 - $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Weekend availability

• Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
