HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Follow the recipe! – Stocking and adding all batch ingredients and ensuring that all formulas are correct and ingredient usage by recipe is accurate while maintaining all required paperwork (like batch sheets, end shift report, ingredient lot tracking, etc.)
• Quality, quality, quality! – You will be starting up batter mix systems during your shift start-up and after clean-up. You will also be monitoring all mixing area equipment to visually inspect batches for color, viscosity, and mix vortex before approval and transfer
• Best Practices = Best Results! – You will be performing product safety checks and reporting any negative findings immediately to your supervisor or line lead. In addition, you will be conducting sanitation checks and general cleanup of the work area before and after the shift

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Basic computer skills
• Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of fifty pounds
• Don’t give up, try to keep things fun
