CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: TS/SCI

Place of Performance : Doral, Florida

This position involves updating /maintaining risk management data and systems, including the Strategic Mission Assurance Data System (SMADS), Mission Assurance Risk Management System (MARMS), Enterprise Mission Assurance Analysis Portal (EMAAP) SIPRNET and JWICS systems, Enterprise Protection Risk Management (EPRM) Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS) SIPRNET and JWICS systems, J34 Intellink SharePoint portal and emerging DoD systems of record. DCI engineer support shall also participate in the Joint Staff-hosted Technical Working Group and Configuration Management Board to support the refinement of MA systems. DCI Integrator / administrator will also provide technical support to the Critical Asset Identification Process (CAIP) and the MA construct related tasks, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience at a Combatant Command.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCI)/Mission Assurance (MA) risk management process activities.
• Apply appropriate analysis tools or methods to conduct analysis and documentation.
• Provide technical support to the Critical Asset Identification Process (CAIP); mission decomposition and capability identification, task asset identification, Task Critical Asset (TCA) nomination and submission, TCA validation.
• Conduct DCI research, data analysis, data entry, and report development.
• Research, collect and populate Baseline Elements of Information (BEI) in MA data repositories.
• Conduct dependency analysis of identified assets and support DCI sector and Mission relevant Key Terrain Cyber (MRKTC) collaboration efforts.
• Update and maintain risk management data and systems; Strategic Mission Assurance Data System (SMADS), Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS), Enterprise Mission Assurance Analysis Portal (eMAAP)(SIPRnet and NIPRNet) , Enterprise Protection Risk Management (EPRM) system, Mission Assurance Risk Management System (MARMS) and emerging DCI/MA data systems as required to support USSOUTHCOM’s missions.
• Participate in Technical Working Groups (TWGs), Mission Assurance Working Groups (MAWG), and Configuration Management Boards (CMB).
• Support DCI/MA risk mitigation/remediation planning, coordination, and tracking.
• Update and maintain the Divisional Branch SharePoint / Intellink Portals.
• Provide recommendations to streamline and improve DCI/MA processes.
• Conduct Adaptive Planning.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Minimum of 3 years working at the Combatant Command or major Headquarters level
• Minimum of 5 years working in cross functional teams
• Minimum of 3 years working as a planner at a service or higher headquarters
• Experience with Joint Staff, Department of Defenses and Headquarters level directives/regulations associated with Detention Operations, as well as GFM, manpower, and acquisition/contracting
