Musselman Lumber, A Division of US LBM, is seeking a qualified candidate for the Millwork Assembler position.

How You Will Spend Your Days as a Millwork Assembler in the Stair Shop:

• Manufacture and assemble custom stairs.
• Ensure that all projects are completed in a timely fashion with a quality compliant product.
• Operate machinery with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ensure that equipment is in good working order through daily inspections.
• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
• Utilize hammers, saws, pneumatic nail, and staple guns to connect parts
• Keep machines and work area clean
• Perform tasks such as stocking material, cleaning racks, helping in other areas, etc.

• Experience. Willing to train the right candidate. Some experience in woodworking a plus, but not required.
• Physical. Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts
• Heavy Lifting. Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently, bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift
• Willingness. Must have the drive to learn
• Teamwork. Team focused approach to work
• Excellence. Excellent work ethic and attendance
