The services / expertise to be provided to US Army INSCOM in support of this opportunity include Project Management, DevSecOps Engineers, IT Operations Analyst, and Cyber Security Subject Matter Experts (SME).
This position is responsible for collaboration with external users to provide / coordinate DevSecOps Tier 1 / 2 / 3 support for Army end-users of the military intelligence community’s DevSecOps capability. Coordinates with the Technical Lead and the DevSecOps Engineering team to automate critical processes, and to continually maintain / and update the Volta Operations Documentation on the Volta Confluence Space and to reflect changes in the command’s DevSecOps baseline.
Authorized to telework, with requirement to be available on-site within 2 hours of recall.
Key Responsibilities (Bullets)
- Provide end-user onboarding tracking and provisioning/permission assignments
- Process all incidents, changes, and problems to completion
- Provide Tier 1 resolution to incidents and changes
- Perform trend analysis of tickets
- Using continuous monitoring tools, monitor for service interruptions/alerts/outages and report situations to key stakeholders
- Maintain and report on planned future interruptions/outages
- Maintain a user accessible knowledge base
- Coordinate with INSCOM ISSM/ISSO for cybersecurity incidents
- Maintain a plan of continuity of operations (COOP)
Required Qualifications (Bullets)
- Education/Experience: BS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or without a degree have at least 5 years’ experience as an administrator

Additional Minimum Qualifications (Bullets)
- Able to obtain DoD privileged user account on a TS/SCI information system – meets DoD 8140 / 8570.01-m requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Bullets)
- MS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
- Desired Skills: Has the communication skills to effectively interface with military officials, managers, and subordinates.
Compensation
$107,388.00 - $177,191.00
The pay range for this job is determined by various factors, including but not necessarily limited to location, responsibilities of the job, and alignment with market data.
