MVRA is looking to add a Mental Health Case Manager to our team!
This position requires a MHRT/C or those with or eligible for provisional MHRT/C’s and other degrees of mental health rehabilitation certifications.
This position also requires a valid driver’s license as well as reliable transportation.
We are interested in someone with part-time availability to start and an impeccable work ethic to ensure quality of the program.

Responsibilities for Community Case Managers include and are not exclusive to:
Meeting one-on-one with individuals who qualify under the regulations set forth by the State of Maine for Community Integration services; Section 17 to support in the identification of needs, barriers, and strengths.
Participate in Group clinical supervision and one-on-one supervision with Program Manager.
Case managers are responsible for the completion of annual, bi-annual, and quarterly documentation; which include LOCUS scoring, comprehensive assessments, AC-OK screenings, ITP’s (every 90 days), and all needed releases for collaboration purposes.
Other documentation requirements include weekly case notes and quarterly screenings for employment, housing, and readiness for change.
A case manager is responsible for advocating with and on behalf of the individual; this includes tracking and coordinating with clinical providers who can support the need and necessity of the service within a timely manner and advocating on behalf of the individual for continuity of care.
Through psychosocial assessment the case manager with the consumer is able to identify the medical, social, residential, educational, emotional, and other related needs of the member. This assessment filters the coordination of referrals and advocates access by the member to the services and supports identified in their individual plan.
