Restore Life Behavioral Health in Clarksville is accepting applications for an experienced, license-eligible team lead. The position available is full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing individual, couple, family, and group therapy as needed in an office setting as well as manage three or more outpatient mental health clinicians. This position will allow the opportunity to provide services to clients of various backgrounds and demographics, including active-duty military and veterans. RLBH is state licensed as an Outpatient Mental Health facility. As a Master's Level team lead, you must have 3 or more years post-Master's clinical experience.

Available shifts are:

• 2PM-10PM (signing bonus and shift differential offered)

Responsibilities and Duties

Clinicians are expected to:

• Show moderate to an advanced level of expertise in diagnostic assessments.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups as applicable.
• Document individual sessions, therapy groups, family sessions, and related activities (Immediately, no later than 24 hours of service),
• Attend weekly staff meetings and monthly trainings.
• Establish a quality relationship with their clients.
• Assist interns and provide shadowing opportunities at times.
• Work some Saturdays as needed.

Team leads must maintain a caseload of 28 clients weekly in addition to tasks related to supervising a team of clinicians under the direction of the Mental Health Clinican IV.

Hired Clinicians will be subjected to a background check and drug screen.

• Possesses critical thinking and analytical skills

This position requires at least a Master's Level or higher degree in the fields of psychology, counseling, social work.
