UnityPoint Health – Eyerly Ball is seeking a full-time Mental Health Clinical Team Lead for our RESTORE program. RESTORE is an exciting SAMSHA supported evidence-based treatment model.
The RESTORE Program Clinical Lead position requires knowledge on early intervention, serving individuals in their first episode of psychosis. The RESTORE Program Clinical Lead oversees the team in providing cutting edge treatment, rehabilitation, and support services including: medication management, community support, supported employment, individual therapy, and family education. Serves as the primary liaison between the RESTORE team and the state of Iowa regarding data reporting and training. Engages the community and referral sources in education about the RESTORE program.
As Mental Health Clinical Team Lead, you will:
- Primary responsibility for managing the RESTORE program, including management of data reporting to the State of Iowa.
- Serves as the single point of contact for the program, in screening and recruiting clients and family members into the program, working with individuals both inside the organization and in the community to ensure those with first episode psychosis get referred to RESTORE.
- Provides supervision to all team members, leads collaborative treatment planning and review meetings.
- Responsible for data tracking and quarterly reporting to state regarding RESTORE data
- May carry a small caseload or serves as a back up to team members.
- Assume primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating and revising treatment goals and plans for an assigned group of consumers, within policies and procedures
- Conduct comprehensive assessment of psychiatric history, mental status and diagnosis, physical and dental health, use of drugs and alcohol, education and employment, social development and functioning, activities of daily living and family structure and relationships.
- Document client progress in a timely manner, as established by RESTORE policies and procedures, to maintain a permanent record of consumer activity according to established methods and procedures. (i.e. progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, release of information, authorization for services, client change forms, face sheets, etc.)
- Act as a liaison and consult with community agencies and families to maintain coordination in the treatment process.

To be considered you’ll need:
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology or counseling from an accredited college or university.
- One year experience as a clinician working with individual clients and families.
- One year experience with supervision.
Certificates, License and Registrations
- Licensed as a social worker in the State of Iowa. LMSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT
- Possess a valid driver’s license, good driving record
- Required to provide proof of auto insurance
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, some evening hours.
