The Member Services Specialists cover many duties, including working at our front desk, taking calls or chats from members, responding to questions via email, taking ownership of a "specialty," and assisting other departments with various projects. The two specialties available include following up on background checks for our volunteers and assisting Girl Scout troop leaders with their banking needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible, have strong customer service skills, and be highly skilled in Excel as well as proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook. If you have any experience with Salesforce or other CRM software, that's helpful - if not, we can teach you! Previous experience with Girl Scouts and/or Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.

Hours rotate among 3 shifts: 7:30-4, 8:30-5, and 9-5:30.

This position is located in our corporate headquarters - we are currently in Harrisburg and are relocating to the Camp Hill area in 2023.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
