Job Description:

Resolves eligibility discrepancies and questions and provides support and expertise for one or more insurance lines of business and/or business processes. Provides feedback on testing of new applications or changes to existing system. Runs and distributes eligibility audit queries.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with or tracking various pieces of eligibility information, benefit information, or employee data.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to resolve conflicts and problem solve.
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Software including Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and Access databases.
• Fundamental knowledge of enrollment and eligibility functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Functions well in difficult situations including conflict resolution in a team environment.
• Proficient in Facets or similar eligibility system.
• Experience with Federal and State regulations which govern SelectHealth policies and procedures.
• Intermediate knowledge of enrollment reconciliation processes.
