Med Lab tech. 8 hour shifts, 1430-2300 every other weekend. OT: 1.25 Holiday: regular rate 1-2 years experience is required. ASCP certification and NYS License required.EMR systems used: EPIC- Beaker, Blood Bank - Wellsky. Equipment used: Analyzers: Siemens Vista and Centaur, Liason, Arkray –urinalysis, Beckman Coulter XN, Tops, Cepheid, BacTAlert, Vitek 2, Cobas 4800 and BD Affirm. About the facility: Situated on a picturesque campus, complete with walking paths and a duck pond, CVPH is the crown jewel of the Plattsburgh community. We serve Northern New York Clinton, Franklin and Essex counties offering a 24 hour Emergency Care Center, comprehensive cardiovascular services, interventional radiology, comprehensive cancer care centralized at our FitzPatrick Cancer Center, Joint Care Center, a Progressive Women & Children Center and a Family Medicine Center.
Residencies and training include: Family Medicine Residency, Nurse Residency, Clinical Assistant Program and the CVPH School of Radiologic Technology. Students from 3 local nursing schools and the University of Vermont Larner School of Medicine benefit from clinical rotations here.
