Full time. Note: this is a rotating shift around days, evenings and weekends
Day 7a-3:30p
Eve 3-11:30p
Night 11p-7:30a
12 hour shifts
Day 7a-7:30p
Night 7p-7:30a
Note: you will have the option to work either schedule.
Pay: $14.50-15.75/hr Contract to permanent hire. Upon permanent hire, this is a Union position with full medical benefits, 401k, PTO and other ancillary perks.

Job Duties:
- Check families and visitors into the unit daily, issue ID badges and explain visiting process
- Excellent customer service, ability to multi task
- Strong computer skills in email systems as well as internal medical database
- Must work well with others- this is a shared desk
- Clear communication with team and coworkers
- Completion of state mandated reporting
- Attention to detail is paramount
- You will be using: phones, computers, intercoms, intra office delivery systems, faxes, printers
- MUST understand and exercise HIPPA rules: maintain accurate information for admissions, discharges and transfers
- Order and restock office supplies
- At least one year of clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
