Sanders Rainmaker, Inc. is in search for a Paralegal with experience in Medical Records for a firm located in Sandy Springs. Applicant should have experience in personal injury/complex civil issues. MUST HAVE A STABLE WORK BACKGROUND...NO HOP, SKIP & JUMPERS! MUST HAVE WORKED FOR A LAW FIRM.

Responsibilities:

- Obtain medical records, bills and radiology from medical providers

- Prepare and update summaries of medical records for attorney use

- Prepare and update ledgers of client medical expenses

- Assemble medical records for producton or for use as exhibits

- Pay invoices associated with record requests

- Maintain paper and eletronic files of medical records

- Communicate with clients and attorneys

Requirements:

- Familiarity with My Case, Mocrosoft Office, Lexis Nexis and Adobe is highly preferred

- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate highly preferred

- 3-5 years' personal injury experience preferred

- Understanding of personal injury litigation and trial process with the ability to organize cases proactively

- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Ability to facilitate clear and concise communication

- Ability to exhibit sound judgment, maintain confidentiality and use discretion

- Ability to exhibit problem-solving skills and demonstrate initiative and accountability

- Ability to thrive in an environment with fluidity amidst multiple projects, shifting priorities and competing deadlines

- Ability to adapt and accept changes in job responsibilities based on the goals of the fiorm

- Team oriented, collaborative, positive attitude, and respecful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
