We're looking for someone to join our team as a Medical Records Lead who:

Essential Functions:

• Participates in Quality Improvement activities and training programs as required and/or appropriate. Maintains confidentiality of all patient information received verbally, electronically or in writing.
• Monitors, distributes, and handles incoming and outgoing faxes
• Reviews and process subpoenas as per policy and or due date
• Correspondence (Records, No Shows, daily inter-office mail)
• Ensuring specialty reports are routed to Smartfiler or scanned and attached to specialty referral/order as per Standard work.
• Scanning documents as directed.
• Must be willing and able to change work shifts to meet patient and department needs.
• Helps develop and maintain process and knowledge aids developed for Medical Records.
• Identify, coordinate, document, and track quality improvement projects (PDSA) that align with CSV priorities.
• Develop and train Medical Records Coordinators.
