We are looking for a dynamic professional who is motivated, positive, energetic and an organized leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be detail oriented, efficient at multi-tasking, and have the ability to meet with patients in a professional and friendly manner. Primary duties include speaking with patients on the phone, scheduling patient exams and appointments, greeting patients and gathering demographics and insurance information, checking patients out and posting charges, verify insurance as well as providing a variety of front desk administrative duties. Would like to hire someone with experience, but are willing to train someone with good customer service skills and a willingness to learn. Must have good computer skills; experience with Crystal PM software a plus.

This position does include every other Saturday morning. We have a professional team willing to train the right person, but prefer someone with experience in a medical setting.
