Pediatrics Primary Care Clinic is a small business in Forest Hill, LA. We are professional and fast-paced. Experience with Athena EMR is a plus. Someone who speaks fluent English and Spanish preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our pediatric practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and providing administrative support to the medical staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a medical office setting and English/Spanish speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phones and provide information to callers.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
• Verify patient insurance coverage.
• Collect payments from patients.
• Assist with medical billing and coding.
• Provide assistance to pediatric patients and their families.
