MediQuick Urgent Care Center is seeking a medical receptionist to perform a variety of administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our office so a pleasant attitude it a must for this position! Responsibilities include greeting patients, verifying insurances, registration and scheduling, answering phone calls, ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, among other office duties. Applicant must possess a positive attitude, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, time management, attention to detail, and professionalism.

We have two offices located in Palm Coast. Both offices are fast paced and high volume. You must be willing to work between both offices and every other weekend is required. You will be expected to provide quality, compassionate care to patients in a physician’s office while complying with the policies and procedures set by the organization. Must be able to perform under pressure at times and work well with others. Hours and pay will be discussed during the interview.
