Medical Physicist – Southwestern Indiana along the Ohio River on the Kentucky border part of the Evansville Metro Area$15,000 Sign on Bonus
Growing, dynamic Oncology practice with a team 2-3 additional Physicists and 3 Dosimetrists, 2 Physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 8 Nurses, and 11 Therapists.
Center has: 1 Varian iX, a TrueBeam, and a BRAVOS HDR with active SRT and HDR programs. There’s a full array of QA systems and tools including IBA Blue and PTW Phantoms, SNC 1D Tank, IC Profiler, MapCheck, Daily QA3’s, DoseLab, Mobius second check software, Mobius FX, and Portal Dosimetry for IMRT QA.
You’ll need : Master’s or PhD in Medical Physics with board certification in therapeutic radiological physics. Will consider exceptional Board Eligible candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Will be expected to work towards becoming listed on our NRC license as authorized physicists for HDR.
