Responsibilities:
Schedule:
  • Normal duty hours are Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • Schedules may vary dependent upon need
    NO Weekends, NO Holidays
  • Occasional travel required

Medical Logistics/Operations Job Specific Details and Tasks:
  • Facilitate the delivery of medical sustainment technical guidance to supported units while maintaining close coordination with USAMMDA, other MED LCMC LNOs, local stakeholders, and local support agencies.
  • Coordinate maintenance requirements with supported units and local support agencies, (i.e. local Medical Treatment Facilities, local Medical Logistics units, and Medical Maintenance Depots).
  • Coordinate Class VIII re-supply requirements with supported units and local support agencies, (i.e. local Medical Treatment Facilities, local Medical Logistics units, and USAMMDA's Business Support Office (BSO)).
  • Coordinate and assist in developing requirement estimates and resource recommendations for supported units (i.e. equipment density reports, maintenance service schedules, equipment disposition instructions, Medical Equipment Set (MES) assembly management, and Class VIII materiel requisition reconciliations)
  • Assist USAMMDA Regional Managers with coordinating on-site infrastructure, materiel handling support and unit synchronization for fielding missions at the five enduring and one optional LNO locations.
  • Coordinating with gaining and supporting units, and the Force Sustainment and Force Integration Directorates, regarding scheduled missions to facilitate, define, and validate all support requirements and estimates for manpower, travel costs, and trip lengths in order to meet all mission requirements.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly status reports that include work planned, completed, and analysis on supported unit impact.
  • Continuous engagement with units at less than 90% Equipment on hand and/or less than 90% Equipment Readiness.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Center to include, but not limited to, customer support, facility management, classified deployment requirement tracking and analysis and OCONUS personnel travel management.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in related field preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Must have extensive relevant experience in medical maintenance or medical logistics; US Army experience preferable in related career field.
  • Security Clearance: Must possess ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance; an active clearance at the time of application highly desired.
