St. Croix Health is currently seeking a full-time Medical Lab Scientist or Medical Lab Technician to work a 7 on / 7 off evening shift and rotating holidays at our St Croix Falls, WI location. This position has potential for occasional night shifts . **This position is eligible for a $2500 sign-on bonus!!**

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a laboratory that offers an extensive test menu utilizing a variety of platforms to perform over 1 million tests per year. The laboratory fulfills the St. Croix Health Mission to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives by providing precise and accurate collection and testing. Through collaboration with our care teams, we provide complete care to improve patient outcomes for all patients throughout the St. Croix Health System. We are dedicated to make continuous improvements which provides opportunities to develop individual skills to better prepare you for the next step if desired.

Requirements

Education & Licensure:

• Current MT/CLS/MLS (ASCP) certification or equivalent or obtained within one year of employment
• Bachelor’s degree or HEW, HSS, certified as a Medical Technologist or equivalent

OR

• Graduate of a school qualified in teaching Medical Laboratory Technicians
• Registered and/or certified MLT (ASCP), CLA (ASCP), RMT, AMT and/or NCA

Experience:

• 1- 2 years experience preferred
