BILINGUAL SPANISH MEDICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS NEEDED FOR A HIGH PROFILE LAWFIRM IN CHERRY HILL, NJ. You will be handling inbound/outbound calls from individuals dealing with illnesses or personal injury. You must be kind, sympathetic and empathetic, due to the nature of the customers/clients you will be speaking to. You must have very strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Lots of growth potential within the law firm. Healthcare experience is helpful as well. THIS IS A 4pm - 12am SHIFT, 5 SHIFTS PER WEEK AT $20.00/HOUR

JOB DUTIES:

· Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.

· Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.

· Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

· Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.

· Accomplishes organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.

Contact Center Agent Qualifications / Skills:

· Bachelor's degree

. Biling Spanish requireded

· 2 years Customer Service experience, contact center experience a plus (especially in the healthcare industry)

· Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs

· Attention to detail

· Strong data entry skills

· Active Listening

· Professionalism

· Multi-tasking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
