Medical Customer Service Representative – Bilingual Spanish-English
What You'll be Doing

During a Typical Day, You'll
- Answer incoming communications from customers and Doctors
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Answer phones and schedule appts.
What You Bring to the Role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 6 months or more of medical customer services experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer savvy
