LifeWorks Wellness Center is looking for Medical Assistants to join our team as IV Technicians. Our clinic is expanding at a rapid rate and so is our team!

Your duties as an IV Technician would include:

• Delivering IV treatments to patients (training provided on delivering each specific treatment). A full list of treatments can be found on our website, https://www.lifeworkswellnesscenter.com.
• Ensuring all of the proper consent forms are signed by each patient
• Entering all notes into each patient chart for all treatments
• Following up with all patients to ensure each patient follows their treatment schedule
• Performing the set up and clean up checklists on the equipment to prepare for patient use

Education and/or Experience:

• Graduate of Highschool/GED or equivalent
• 1 + years experience as Medical Assistant
• 2+ years in healthcare
• Familiarity of medical terminology
• Intermediate computer skills
• The ability to study and learn quickly
• Superior communication and patient service skills
• Phlebotomy and IV Therapy experience is a plus
• Certification in IV Therapy is a plus

Language Skills:

• Must speak English. Any other language is a plus. Must have excellent interactive communication skills, making patients feel comfortable and at-ease.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, must be able to stand for periods up to 7 hours at a time caring for patients and assisting the doctor.

Hours:

• This is a full-time hourly position with a 37.5 hour work week in the office, Monday-Friday.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
