Full-Time Medical Assistant for Cosmetic Surgery Practice

Job Summary
Our cosmetic surgery and urogynecology practice strives to provide the highest level of outstanding patient care and extraordinary surgical outcomes. Our distinguished Cosmetic Surgery practice is seeking a full-time dynamic, energetic, motivated, and goal driven medical assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls

• Scheduling appointments
• Patient education on surgical and non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation and body contouring procedures

* Assist with back office patient care

• Check-in and out process on all patients including insurance verification
• Collect payments for services
• Assist with new patient inquires

Ideal Candidate

• Sales experience, preferably in the cosmetic /plastic surgery industry
• Must be highly motivated and a self-starter
• Positive, warm, outgoing personality
• Strong interpersonal skills; a team player
• Ability to work collaboratively with all staff to achieve team goals
• Detail oriented, efficient and competent to multi-task when needed
• Adaptable, with a willingness to learn new skills
• Polished appearance

Requirements
Professional demeanor in dress and presentation

• Passion for helping others, a strong customer focus and caring attitude

• Ability to multitask under pressure and be highly responsive to patients.

Competitive pay and benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
