What You Will Do At Aptar Digital Health:
The role of the Medical Analyst is to assist the Medical Director or Medical Lead in the management of the Medical & Regulatory missions
- Under the direction of the Medical Director, the Medical Analyst takes charge of the medical deliverables related to the investigation of diseases and treatments in which the company can develop digital solutions with our pharmaceutical partners.
- Support key stakeholders furthering business, market and sales growth through medical technical presales activities
- In alliance with the Business Development, Alliance teams and others, the Medical Analyst plays a crucial role in increasing the medical scientific knowledge of diseases, their treatments, patient pathways, patient and healthcare system needs, and the competitive landscape to be able to define valuable medical cases.
- The Medical Analyst prepares scientific files useful for providing responses to call for tender from potential future pharmaceutical partners (RFP).
- In consultation with the scientific watch expert, the Medical Analyst monitors the literature on similar digital solutions and the competition, and collaborates actively with the marketing, sales, and regulatory teams
- Provide literature reviews to contribute to the exploration, medical case building and pre-design activities of our products in consultation with the sales team.
- Develop medical recommendations in the context of commercial prospecting and calls for tender.
- Participate, as assigned and relevant in the scoping phases with our pharmaceutical partners. These searches concern the state of the art of the fields covered by our product projects, competitive analysis, safety, and efficacy profiles of drugs in the fields covered by our software devices in all therapeutic fields covered by the company.
- Contributes to the knowledge database sharing on medical cases.
- Support Business Development team activities and strategy.
- Identify and work with experts to conduct your assignments and in consultation with our business partners.
- Ensure, in coordination with the legal and financial department, the compliance of our interactions with healthcare professionals in application of the Transparency and Anti-gift laws.
- Organize and lead internal training sessions in your areas of activity (diseases, drug toxicity, etc.)
- In the areas of your activities, you participate in Quality Assurance activities.
- Ensure a medical and regulatory watch in collaboration with the scientific watch expert in the fields entrusted to you, analyze, and present the clinical data.
- Represent ADH medical at local, regional, and national scientific and educational conferences.
- Embraces new activities as they are assigned.
What Aptar Digital Health Is Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Nursing, Medicine or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Analyst
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a medical practice profession such as: Pharmacists, Nurse Specialists,
- Thorough understanding of the regulatory framework for healthcare products and quality management processes.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in clinical research
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with multiple stakeholders including internal teams, external partners and collaborators. For this mission, you need high-level communication skills and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and team spirit.
- Experience in critical appraisal of publications and clinical trials.
- Skills in working within matrix teams.
- Proficiency in leading, following clear methods, documenting, and completing projects.
- For this position, a high level of organizational skills, communication skills and teamwork are necessary.

- This is a remote positon with ideal candidate locations in the North East.
