Job description

As a member of the Medical Affairs team, you will engage in scientific exchange with expert healthcare professionals as well as participate in Medical Affairs project assignments. You will use your skills to effectively communicate scientific concepts to multiple audiences verbally, graphically, and in writing. Team members will also contribute to other key department functions (e.g., medical information) and inter-departmental initiatives. This position is remote with 50% travel, including some weekends.

Successful candidates will have the following background/experience:

  • Doctoral degree required (MD, PhD, PharmD)
  • Preference given to those with background in circadian biology, sleep medicine, and/or psychiatry; CNS experience required
  • Previous experience as an MSL or in Medical Affairs preferred
  • Experience in clinical research and/or direct patient care ideal
  • Experience in scientific content creation and medical writing
  • Well-developed computational skills and an ability to graphically represent data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated experience presenting to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt within a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel and easy access to a major metropolitan airport

The general pay range for this role is $120,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

The total compensation package for this position will also include incentive compensation and benefits such as health insurance, unlimited paid time off, parental leave, a 401k matching program, and other benefits to its employees.
