As our Media Asset Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of an asset management system. In this highly collaborative role, you will:

• assist in the leadership of the overall strategy, implementation, and workflow of the asset management system.

• act as the primary liaison between the cross-functional leads, clients, and various vendors with regard to image names, new photography and archiving.

• facilitate the uploading of assets as well as maintaining and upgrading the system, including the retrieval of previously cataloged images/shoots.

• register internal and external users to the system based on permissions generate weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Management, or a related field

• Working knowledge of digital asset management systems and Adobe Creative software preferred.

• Solid understanding of process for creating, maintaining, and migrating of digital assets

• Hands-on technical experience with DAM systems, library systems, content management systems (CMSs), or other large searchable databases

• Knowledge of standard metadata models

Compensation Range: $58,500 - $65,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
