Job description
Provide nursing care to surgical patients, completing pre-operative and post-operative procedures. Performs assessments; monitors and ensures quality care through observation and evaluation; documents nursing interventions on care plans and medical records, and reports findings to physicians as needed. Distributes and maintains records of controlled drugs and insures their security. Responds to emergencies; maintains availability of medications and supplies; ensures cleanliness of equipment and environment. Educated patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments. Additionally, provided preoperative, inter-operative and post-operative care instruction. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing
- Current RN license
- Minimum one year acute care experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Demonstrated ability to exhibit a high degree of professionalism

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,100.00 per week
