National Laser Institute is the nation’s leading medical aesthetics training institute with brick and mortar locations in Scottsdale, Arizona and Dallas, Texas and hotel seminars in Chicago, Boston, California, Philly, Austin, Houston, Hawaii, Vegas and New York. We train esthetician, nurses, doctors and career changers in the wonderful work of cosmetic injections (Botox and filler) and aesthetic technologies (laser hair removal, photo facial, skin tightening, tattoo removal, cool sculpting and more). We also operate medical spas out of the same facilities.

We are open to candidates that have managed health and beauty establishments (medspa, dayspa, hair salon, medical practices, hotel spas or other health and wellness business). We also will consider applicants that have managed other types of business that many have a simpler operational aspects.

Requirements of Med Spa Assistant Manager:

Assisting Manager with the following:

• Prior management history (in any industry) for a minimum of 3 yrs. consecutive overseeing a minimum of 10 staff
• Strong computer skills
• Team builder
• Dynamic extrovert personality
• Attention to detail
• Take charge and forward-thinking personality
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Enjoys training, coaching and not afraid to delegate
• Some weekends are required

Daily Responsibilities of Med Spa Assistant Manager:

• Work with spreadsheet or Excel docs for calculation of revenue and profits
• Motivate team members with ongoing sales promotions and internal contests
• Greet customers with a smile
• Resolve guest challenges
• Perform other duties such as setting up rooms for day, pulling charts and other tasks as assigned
• Scheduling instructors and other staff (many part -time and contract employees)
