Staffmark is currently recruiting Extrusion Technicians on 2nd & 3rd shift for an outstanding extrusion company in Huber Heights, OH. The primary function of this position is to monitor extruders and problem solve with any issues that arise. An extrusion tech must have the ability to fix and make adjustments to the extruders as needed. Do you have the determination to be an Extrusion Technician? You will be required to work with the Extrusion manager and other techs in which you will need to listen, take in knowledge, and learn the specific skills needed to excel in this position. Self-motivation, team work, and being proactive are key components to be successful! Pay: $17.00 - $20.00/hr with shift differential of $1 - start rate depends on experience
Shift: 2nd (2p-10p) & 3rd (10p-6a)
As an Extrusion Tech you will be responsible for:
- Perform the set-up, start up and operation of machines, tooling and equipment
- Complete inspection to ensure quality of parts being produced
- Ensure correct operation of equipment and resolve production problems
- Must have a mechanical aptitude
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Mechanical experience
- Prior Extrusion experience is a plus
