The HT Group currently looking for Mechanical Construction Managers who have experience in commercial construction for a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor expansion north of Austin. This is the largest construction project in Texas and one of the largest in the US. Job Duties:
- Mechanical or Process Piping experience
- Ensure projects scope, schedule, budgets, and forecasts are developed and being tracked and executed to projects' goals.
- Prepare project reports and documentation, communicate with Facilities Operations team, Facilities Engineering and Design team and Client management.
Qualifications
- 5 to 15 years construction management experience. Construction experience, preferably in Semiconductor industry.
- Working knowledge of building components, mechanical, process piping and plumbing systems
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks preferred
Key Notes /Requirements
- Experience of modularization in light industrial construction is preferred. Work experience on module proving, module scope management and module dimension control is preferred.
- Experience of module yard management work is preferred. Especially for of semi-conductor plant
