The HT Group is currently looking for a Mechanical Construction Manager who has experience in commercial construction for a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor expansion north of Austin. This is the largest construction project in Texas and one of the largest in the US. Job Duties:
- Manages either Mechanical or Process Piping
- Communicate project status to Project Management, Client, internal customers and external parties as appropriate.
Qualifications
- 4 plus years construction management experience.
- Must have proven successful projects in the Construction Manager role. Construction experience, preferably in Semiconductor industry, with strong results in meeting deadlines and cost requirements.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks preferred
Key Notes /Requirements
- Experience of module yard management work is preferred. Especially for of semi-conductor plant
- Be able to review Engineering and shop drawings in consideration of modular construction.
- Skills for 3D modeling tools like Sketchup Pro is preferred.
