To perform preventive maintenance and repairs on transit buses, trucks, automobiles, and related equipment as well as assist other mechanics with more complex repairs.

We move People and your future is our destination! RATP Dev USA is looking to hire qualified and experienced full-time A, B & C Mechanics at our Prince George’s County (TheBus) location.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair vehicles and equipment.
• A Mechanics must possess 609 and 608 air conditioning certifications and at least five H or T series ASE certifications of which two must consist of T6, T7. H6 or H7.
• B Mechanics must possess 609 air conditioning certification and at least three H or T series ASE certifications of which two most include H2, T2, T4 or H4.

Other Qualifications every applicant must possess:

• Valid CDL License with Air Brake and Passenger Endorsements
• Excellent Communication skills
• At least two years of Maintenance experience with all types of heavy-duty transit equipment
• Automotive diagnostics knowledge
• High school diploma or GED
• US work authorization
• Ability to pass a drug screening, DOT physical examination and background check
• Able to work shifts or flexible work schedules including overtime as needed

Pay: $32.00 - $39.00 per hour
