Job description
Work with staff to:
Attend to various tasks on the slaughter floor
Break down beef, pork, or other meat products into various cuts
Weigh out portions for sale
Wrap and package products for sale
Grind meat products as necessary
Prepare sausages and other cured meats
Other tasks available as skills progress
Job Type: Full-time

- 8 hour shift

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
