Facility serves 6,000 inmates three meals per day, as well as officer meals. Successful candidates must follow the Texas Commission on Jail standard guidelines so Correctional Food Service is a Plus! This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who can supervise the preparation and serving of meals; ensures dining, service, and food preparation areas and equipment are maintained.The ability to control contract Labor and Food cost for P & L, establish, maintain, and communicate with contract and home office personnel. 7 day operational responsibilities.
